We will be in touch the day before you arrive with all the information you need, such as wristband collection location and your allocated time slot.
You can also download the Party Hard Travel App where you will find loads of useful information and tips!
Please ensure all additional guests have joined the booking, and your booking is showing as ‘Ready to Travel’ to avoid any delays when collecting your wristbands. This can be done either through your Account Area or by downloading the Party Hard Travel App!
You need to complete all your details/missing guests for packages and individual tickets to be assigned the event – the status will be ‘Ready to Travel’ in your Account Area when complete.

Your full schedule of events will be on the Party Hard App on the day of your arrival – any problems can be discussed with your rep when you attend the wristband collection!
If you arrive after the allocated wristband collection time, don’t worry! Please check your schedule in the Party Hard App where you will find all events that have been allocated to you.
If you have an event that day, you will be added to the guest list and can meet your reps on the door of the event to be checked in. You will then attend the wristband collection the next day.

You can check your agreed payment plan dates on the confirmation email you received after booking.
All payments are made manually by you, and you must log into either your Online Account or the Party Hard Travel App to do so.
If for whatever reason you need to make changes to your booking, please email info@partyhardtravel.com with your booking reference number, name, email and phone number and the team will be able to help you with this.
Most events run on one set day of the week throughout the season (but are subject to change) – some events such as boat parties run multiple days per week and you will be allocated one of these days based on available capacity.
You can check the events calendar for your chosen destination and dates on our website.
You cannot add an extra guest directly to your booking, however they can make their own separate booking and then you can link the bookings together via your Online Account or the Party Hard Travel App.
This ensures that you will all be allocated the same events during your holiday!
Please log into your Online Account and find the ‘Link Your Booking With Your Friends Booking’ section. From here, input your friends booking reference number into the text box and click ‘Link Booking’.
Only one of you needs to do this to link the bookings!
You can update your email address, phone number, DOB, address and password either by logging into your Online Account or the Party Hard Travel App and navigating to the ‘Update Details’ section.
If you navigate to your chosen destination package page you can click on each event included in your package where you will find all relevant information including dress codes!
If you are travelling to Kavos, Zante, Malia, Malta or Albufeira we allow 17 year olds to attend our events, although the lead booker must be 18+. Once a booking has been made and the 17 year old has joined, they can log into their Online Account or Party Hard Travel App where they will find the consent form to be completed by their legal parent/guardian.
This must be completed and approved by our team before arriving at the wristband collection to avoid delays!
When arriving into resort, you will attend the wristband collection at your allocated time and your rep will provide you with a Party Hard Travel wristband and your weeks event schedule. This wristband must be presented to your rep at the door of all your allocated events, which validates your access to the event.
If for whatever reason you lose/remove your wristband, please contact your reps as soon as possible.
Yes, we will have VIP upgrades available to purchase.

Once you have booked your Ultimate Events Package, you can download and log into our app to view your events schedule, make changes to your booking, contact our UK office support team and many more exciting features such as accessing photos taken of you during the event by our professional photographers!
Some events, such as boat parties run multiple days per week due to high demand. These events are allocated to you based on available capacity and sometimes it is not possible to move you to a different day due to this. However, you can speak to your reps at the wristband collection and they will always try their best to accommodate your request but please be aware this is not always possible due to capacity being reached.
All package cancellations are subject to loss of deposit. If you are due to travel in the next 2 weeks the full amount paid would be non-refundable, per our terms and conditions!
Single ticket bookings are fully non-refundable.
We understand plans change, and we would be happy to change your dates and destination to any of our 11 resorts free of charge, just drop an email to info@partyhardtravel.com with your booking reference number, name, email and phone number and the team will be able to help you with this.
