The day before you arrive in Ibiza, your rep will text you with all the information you need including the collection point and the time to meet.
This one wristband will grant you entry into your chosen events in the Ibiza Essentials Events Package.
No of course not, your Ultimate Events Package grants you entry into each event included once but if that hangover is hitting a little too hard and you can’t hack it…then don’t stress it is never compulsory to attend every event.
If you miss your wristband collection due to your arrival time and have an event on that day/night, there is no need to worry. Your rep team will organise guest list for your chosen event to guarantee your entry, then you can attend your wristband collection at the next available slot. Your rep will message you the day before with all the information you need!
Below is the link to our Ibiza Events Calendar that will show you a breakdown of your events including the location, times and line-ups. Just make sure you click on the month you are going and then you will find your specific dates.
You will also be able to see all your allocated events once the Party Hard Travel App* is launched for Summer 2026.
*The app is not yet live for this summer, you will get a message when we need you to download the app and any steps that will follow to help us with your booking and get you sorted for your week full of events!
Your schedule with us is flexible as some of our events run multiple times a week so you will be able to speak to your in resort rep team at wristband collection and pick what days you attend each event subject to availability. This will guarantee you can fit in as much as possible regardless of the length of your holiday, and is built so you can fit all your events around your desired trip to Ibiza.
You will only be granted into each event included in your package once and won’t be able to change your days after you’ve collected your wristband.

About Ibiza
Ibiza is the world capital of clubbing. This isn’t just a party resort, it’s where the biggest DJs, superclubs and day parties on the planet live.
- San Antonio: pre-drinks, sunset bars, boat parties, O Beach, Ibiza Rocks, Eden & Es Paradis
- Playa d’en Bossa: Ushuaïa (day parties) & Hï Ibiza (night)
- Ibiza Town: Pacha, DC-10, more upscale vibes
Think day drinking → sunset → massive clubs until 6–7am. It’s intense, iconic and unreal.
Party Hard Tip:
Book your hotel near the strip as that’s where most of the events are going to be held!
Book your holiday early
Flights to Ibiza can be as low as £15 from UK airports in spring. Direct flights start from April and prices climb fast. Early booking = cheaper hotels + easy payment plans.
Pre-drink
Drinks in big clubs are EXPENSIVE. Think £15–£20 cocktails, sometimes more. Stock up at duty free or the local supermarket and have hotel pres.
Buy drink packages or discount wristbands
Places like Hï and Ushuaïa offer pre-purchased drink tokens — way cheaper than paying individually at the bar.
Plus the Party Hard wristband gives discount in most San Antonio bars and is included in the Ultimate Events Package.
Airport to San Antonio for €4
The bus from the airport is super cheap. Taxis are around €35+ so the saving is real.
Use the Disco Bus to the clubs
Only €2 each way and runs hourly. Taxis across Ibiza can be €25–€40 a journey, especially after Hï/Ushuaïa close.
Go big as a group
If you’re getting a VIP bed at Ibiza Rocks or O Beach, the cost is redeemable back in drinks — so splitting it makes it AMAZING value.
Extra Party Hard Money-Saving Tips
- Buy water in supermarkets, not beach bars
€1 vs €5+. Enough said. - Avoid beachside ATMs
They charge insane fees. - If you’re doing sunsets at Mambo/Café del Mar, drink before — sunset cocktails are PRICEY.
Go to free sunset spots like Caló des Moro for the same view without the bill.
Book events before you arrive & get guestlist access
This saves serious money and guarantees entry — Ibiza events sell out fast, especially peak season. Pre-booking also means less stress when you land because your whole schedule is sorted.
Bring your ID (driving licence or provisional)
Clubs will NOT accept photos of ID. Actual physical ID only. If you lose it, you’re not getting into superclubs. Simple as that.
Bring a handheld fan
Ibiza heat hits DIFFERENT. It’s roasting at daytime parties and superclubs get sweaty fast. A fan is essential, not optional.
If you’re booked with Party Hard, stay in San Antonio
This is where you collect your wristbands, meet your reps, and where most of your events and pres happen. Saves time, taxis and confusion.
Use the Disco Bus
It’s cheap, iconic and gets you all around the island for a couple of euros. It’s cash only — so bring coins! Perfect for getting to Hï, Ushuaïa, Amnesia, Pacha, Eden, all of it.
Bring cash for the boat party
The boat bar is CASH ONLY out at sea, so stock up beforehand.
Reply to your WhatsApp reps
This is how they build your personalised schedule, let you know your welcome meeting time, and sort any preferences. The faster you reply, the faster your week gets locked in.
Extra Party Hard Tips to Make Their Week Even Easier
Download maps offline
Ibiza signal dies in packed clubs and sometimes on beaches. Offline maps = no getting lost after pres.
Eat before big nights
Superclubs go until 6–7am. A proper meal saves lives.
Hydration sachets
Ibiza + alcohol + sun = dangerous combo. Rehydration salts are your best friend.
Pre-save taxi numbers
Uber isn’t widely available. Official taxis only — never take unlicensed rides.
Ibiza Airport is small and super easy.
- Bus to San Antonio: ~€4 (best budget option)
- Taxi: ~€35+ to San Antonio
Party Hard tip: If you’re booked with Party Hard, stay in San Antonio as that’s where reps, wristbands, pres and most events are based.
Best option for party holidays?
Private transfer every time. No waiting around, no stress, straight to the pool or club. Remember to get talking on the plane or in the airport you can fare share with people around.
Ibiza is generally safe, but it’s intense:
- Pickpocketing happens in clubs — cross-body bags only
- Clubs do not accept photos of ID
- Stick to licensed taxis only
- Eat properly + hydrate — Ibiza heat hits DIFFERENT
Your Party Hard reps are there all week if you need help.
Yes…Ibiza has a small nightly tourist tax, paid at your accommodation. Amount depends on hotel type and length of stay.
Here’s what actually matters in Ibiza:
Boat Party
No swim stops, but people still wear:
- Bikinis + cute cover-ups
- Swim shorts + tees/shirts
It gets HOT on the rooftop deck so light clothing is best.
Big Clubs & O Beach
- No fancy dress — especially stag/hen costumes (strictly banned).
- No plastic flip flops or swimwear as full outfits in nightclubs.
- Bikini tops with normal skirts/trousers are fine.
- Dressier sandals/sliders are allowed — just avoid plastic Havaianas or Adidas slides.
- You do NOT need wedges for O Beach. Flats are completely fine and honestly smarter.
Extra Dresscode Tips
- Bring at least one outfit you don’t mind sweating in — superclubs get HOT.
- Trainers are totally acceptable and often safer for dancing all night.
- If you’re going to Hï/Ushuaïa, people dress nicely but still casual — think festival chic.
Here’s what your Ibiza travellers really need:
Essentials
- Passport + physical ID
- EU plug adapter
- Handheld fan
- Portable charger
- Rehydration tablets
- Suncream (it’s double the price out there)
- Aloe vera
- Cross-body bag for nights out
- Painkillers (club prices are madness)
- Beach towel
- Cash for the boat party + Disco Bus
Clothing
- Light outfits for day parties
- Something airy for superclubs
- Trainers or comfy sandals
- A hoodie/light layer for early-morning finishes
- Swimwear + cover-ups
Extras that make the week easier
- Zip-lock bags for wet clothes/sand
- Waterproof phone pouch
- Mini perfume/deodorant for club nights
- Spare outfits — you WILL sweat through some
Ibiza is one of the pricier destinations, so set expectations:
Average spend:
€70–€120 per day depending on drinking habits, taxis and club choices.
Typical prices:
- Water: €5-€12 in clubs
- Cocktails: €15–€25
- Spirits + mixer: €12–€20
- Taxis: €10–€40 depending on distance
- Food: €10–€20 for fast food, €20–€40 for restaurants
Party Hard Tip:
If customers pre-book everything (Ultimate Events Package, transfers, drink tokens), their spending money becomes much more manageable.
- Day parties: from midday
- Superclubs: 11pm–6/7am
- Disco Bus runs all night during peak season
Ibiza does not sleep.
Just a few simple ones to keep the vibes high:
- 18+ only, no exceptions
- Physical ID required — photos won’t work
- Zero tolerance for drugs
- No unlicensed taxis
- Fancy dress banned in most clubs
